Dynamic Warm Up

 

Defy Gravity with these Get Rid of Mom Butt 2.0 exercises.

3 Sets of 12 reps of each exercise.  Add this as an extra lower body training day or replace your lower body training day.

 

Barbell Hip Thruster

Stiff Leg Deadlift

Back Squat

Step Down Lunge

Side Lunge

Icing on the Cake Smith Machine Kick Backs

 

 

No training is complete with out some core. So here are you core exercises.

 

Russian Twist         

Single Leg Plank    

Side Plank Reach

 

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds then move on to the next exercise in the list.

 

Rest 1 Minute

 

Repeat two more times.

 

Add a version of the heavy carry like this one.

 

Kettlebell or Dumbell Heavy Carry

 

Carry for 1 Minute, Change Arms, Repeat 2 more times.
