Description: Hold high pull-up bar with palms facing away from the body in a wide grip. Pull body up to the left hand while squeezing the shoulder blades and keeping the back straight. Return to starting position by extending arms and repeat on right side.

 

Primary Muscles: Latissimus Dorsi, Trapezius

 

Secondary Muscles: Rhomboids, Posterior Deltoid, Biceps
