Mom’s Secret Losing Weight While Balancing Family, Career, and School with Eat by Color.  Like most Molly watched family and career take the front seat while not that she did not make herself a priority she did.  She was exercising 5-6 days per week and trying to eat healthy before Eat by Color.  Even though she was putting forth the effort almost every day of the week, the weight still found a way to creep on a few pounds at a time.   Effort with out results is very frustrating.

Molly found success with Eat by Color.  She only exercises 3 days a week most weeks now, which is great because she has added full time student to being a mom, wife, and ER nurse.  With Eat by Color she is no longer hungry and is eating more than she used to.  Gone is the guilt from eating something “unhealthy”, she even had french fries with out feeling guilty.  Guilt from eating is not the only thing she has said goodbye too.  She has also quit doing cardio…  Her result.  Well check out the pics above and below.
