Eat by Color Honey Glazed Chicken Recipe. Up the taste on an old staple the chicken breast.
Honey Glazed Chicken
- § 2 6oz skinless, boneless, Chicken Breasts
- § 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- § 2 Tbsp. Honey
- § 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- § 1 tsp. fresh Rosemary
Mix all of the ingredients less the chicken breast. Use a basting brush and coat the chicken breast. Then bake or grill chicken just like you always do. NOTE: Break out of the norm. Add some spice.
