Description: Position barbell on back of shoulders and remove from weight rack. Step forward with one foot landing on heel then forefoot, lower body by flexing knee and hip without allowing knee to bend past the foot. Return to original position by forcibly extending hip and knee, then repeat on opposite leg.


Primary Muscle: Gluteus Maximus, Quadriceps


Secondary Muscles: Hamstrings, Gluteus Medius
