A WHOPPING 4 ingredients.
- Chuck roast, London broil, etc.... 2-4 lbs.
- 1 Packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Container Beef Broth
- 1 Pack of Hawaiian rolls
Crock pot, insta pot, slow cook... 4-6 hours... depending on appliance used.
When done shred and place on Hawaiian rolls... or adjust depending on nutrition plan.
